personally thats why i wanted them to stay the same :P when i zoom out so many icons cant see the landmass, you already have the option to adjust zoom...

hmmm ok so, make them zoom along with the background... is that worded better ?

what about markers without descriptions ?  if the miscellenaous markers were fixed like turkey nests etc - would this still be needed ?
