Need nest listeners

So when a nest is covered they are fired. Needed for scales covered by nests. But also should subsume the waiting robots mechanism.

Probably should not apply transforms, etc.

Needed to indicate termination.

Worked much better in desktop version.

Maybe after a few demonstrations of moving the stack around... Especially with sensors this can take a very long time to deliver.

And/or empty nests should be resizeable -- perhaps needing to use transforms.

Borders stick out past condition's rectangle.

There are many performance differences: http://yaffle.github.io/BigInteger/ The one based on Scheme numbers uses native numbers until rationals needed. And can support sqrt exactly. Nice design as well. Not sure how...
