Unable to download the eigen component

When I enter "git clone https://github.com/ToniRV/NeRF-SLAM.git --recurse-submodules", I am able to download all three components except for eigen. I tried opening the eigen link in the browser to download it, but it shows that the link is invalid. How can I resolve this?
