Is the reservoir assembly the whole grid and resulting large matrix? Is the well assembly done in `opm/simulators/wells/MultisegmentWellEval.cpp`? I see `initMatrixAndVectors()` (looks like setting up sparsity patterns), `initPrimaryVariablesEvaluation()`, and `updatePrimaryVariables()`...
