I noticed the api is giving the same image every time. Is there a seed option for this api?

I just got this same error, however running the sql snippet does not fix this. Is this a bug?

Similar topic, for "/v2/generate/status" 's 10/min ratelimit. Could that be lifted and instead cost it cost kudos for subsequent requests?
