This solves issue #719, and the forum topic [here](https://forums.ohdsi.org/t/patient-counts-on-non-standard-concepts/18143/6). It works in tandem with a change to WebAPI achilles_result_concept_count. I have confirmed that this works correctly on my Databricks instance.
