I think we can definitely consider this package for a packaging policy exception under the "scientific software" (e.g. `TERMUX_PKG_GROUPS="science"`) category.
cvmfs isn't something I'd ever heard of before, but such it is with a lot of scientific software I support. I don't think it should be dismissed out of hand...

We don't have a package for `jujutsu` in this repository. This should probably be transferred to the [TUR](https://github.com/termux-user-repository/tur).
