Yeah patching is definitely the better solution here.
We do not currently have a Pascal compiler, which would be a prerequisite to packaging a Pascal IDE.
I can take a look when I get home. I wasn't aware of this color scheme request, should be easy to implement.

Probably needs a `mpv`/`mpv-x` treatmeant for the optional GUI. Looks doable otherwise. I think we can take a similar approach to [Arch's packaging](https://archlinux.org/packages/?q=rmlint). They split it into `rmlint` and `rmlint-shredder`....
