So 244 does not crash, but does not work correctly. 139 just crashes with wrong data. We can fix the 139 hiscore.dat in M4i, but a fix for 2xx should...

I don't know if we can really tell if a machine is PAL or not with out groveling at the screen data and looking for something near 50hz

You need to install it on an iOS device via sideloading. (Or build it from code with Xcode....)

I am gonna do a dynamic Topshelf that shows recent games with Title artwork, so the need for a default is not as critical

It might be a while (if ever) before a top shelf, so having a nice top shelf static image would be nice.

FYI our version of 139u1 barfs when passed `-bench` I will investigate later
