I've the same problem. Copied a folder with some cs-files to a new project, run Sync namespaces and it tells me that no namespace has to be fixed.
I get this everytime I open the tool when there are multiple queries open. And it switches the main XrmToolboxConnection (not the connection inside SQL4CDS) to one of the connections...

it looks like the generated voronoi is mirrored on both axis. Wouldnt it be possible to simply recalculate the offsets and place it to the correct positions?
@hanskellner I also made some testing. When I simply create a Sketch it works  when I add a simple square and want to add the voronoi to it it...
