In 12.3 you are told to create the content folder and create the __init__.py but both already exist.

In 12.1 you are told to create a file types.xml in profile/default but the file already exists. I think either deleting the file in the "initial" branch would make it...

In 12.1 you are told add a new file in the add-on packacke profiles/default. I think it would be more clear to give the user the whole path: ploneconf.site/src/ploneconf/site/profiles/default.
