sadly I also have this issue with Powertoys 0.65 and 0.66 whatever I try doesn't work (like restarting powertoys to toggle FancyZones on/off)

I don't know this exact model, but If you have a separate charge controller it sounds alright. I just wanted to point out not to hook up the lithium battery...
