Not sure what but I imagine different devs have different helpers...
In order to keep things as DRY as possible we'll use a surface controller to handle the events fetching, both from a homepage widget and the events page

On v7 I'm a big fan of https://github.com/marceldigital/Umbraco-XML-Sitemap but seems a v8 version isn't available yet... So maybe https://github.com/callumbwhyte/friendly-sitemap ... seems it exludes pages that don't have a template... so...
Should be possible to set a Disallow all... and probably exlude dirs and seperate pages...
Need to handle the newsletter subscriptions...
