RDF feeds seem to miss the `pubDate` field. This small change uses the `dc:date`if `pubDate` is missing.

Apple closed the loophole

Apple now checks for origin on requests to their tile-server. This could be solved by proxy'ing. Will look into this, might be against Apple's conditions.
