Reinstalling doesn't help. These applications run parallel: BetterTouchTool, Bartender 3, SmoothScroll, PopClip, and usual (browser, mail client, etc.) applications. Previously, there was no problem.

I updated my system. Unfortunately, still not good. macOS 10.13.3 (17D47) Any ideas? Very annoying bug ...
