Thanks for your quick response Attatched is an 80 frame sample, when muxed with tsmuxer v1.10.6 it results in a duration of 3s 320ms at 30000/1001 with pulldown flags but...
The issue is that tsmuxer does not keep the pulldown after muxing, unlike previous older versions. I have the "Remove pulldown" box left unchecked.
