This sounds like a reported error on WoWInterface forums.. Copied below.. This error does not use the latest from Git but I do not think it matters as the error...

The line is missing a closing quote namely this '

Changing line 124 to this self.profile = Addon.Settings:GetProfile(self.realm, self.id) appears to allow setting on an single character and retain said settings. Do not know if this is the proper fix...

If this is fixed then it can be closed

If you uninstalled AMR with the twitch client it sometimes does not uninstall it so you may want to check it out in exporer

The maps are not in Carbonite database so will not show until then..
