I'm having the same issue after logging in through the integrated web browser to set the cookies:  This example series has 131 chapters but HDoujin only finds the first...

Any update on this? If it helps I could also provide my account : )

I'm a bit late to the party, but that's a "known issue". Only works with URLs that have the "/info" at the end. Works: https://tapas.io/series/into-the-light-once-again/info Does not work: https://tapas.io/series/into-the-light-once-again
