[According to some](https://stackoverflow.com/questions/36965010/theano-cnn-on-cpu-abstractconv2d-theano-optimization-failed) it's in "C:\Users\USERNAME\.theanorc.txt". Mine wasn't there and I still haven't fixed my problem but hopefully this will help someone.

I'm afraid I don't understand why bpy is a requirement since I'm not experiencing this issue, but bpy is the "Blender python" library, for the 3d modeling software Blender.

I know I am replying to an old thread, but my results were roughly 20 sec per itt on a 3090, so I am confused as to how @niujinshuchong had...
