I also have this issue with 2.2.4., even when the popup-window and edit-field are not completely filled by the folder name. I can now reproduce it:  on "m" or...

The issue still occurs for me with 2.2.6 - I guess this depends on the actual folder path lenght of each user relative to the widht of the TB window....
