fix(themes): Invalidate CDN cache if the theme is updated

Currently theme doesn't get updated in the CDN even after it is updated via the API. The CDN doesn't invalidate the cache and doesn't pick the new theme.

Since Juspay stopped paying Postman, the collection we had earlier aren't usable anymore. We should migrate to new ones asap.
