Watch dog Timeout

I'm using the Squix kit and the git code from this page. It works pretty well overall, but occasionally I get a WD Timeout and the application restarts. Sometimes I encounter a Soft wd reset and the system halts. I reboot and it recovers. Anyone experience this issue?
