I am having a few issues that I assume are related to this start up error: No C compiler found! "cc", "gcc", "clang", "cl", "zig" are not executable

I had this same issue. I'm on windows tho. It went away after installing clang with `choco install llvm` and adding this line to `treesitter.lua`: ``` require 'nvim-treesitter.install'.compilers = {...
