I think adding customizable message templates is overkill, but I agree that being able to provide a freetext rejection reason would be a great feature.
Someone else's standard texts might not be yours... and adding UI or a config option to setup those texts seem like overkill - at least it's not something we can...

After the discussions in #6792 I'm not sure if it's THAT useful. A date range certainly makes no sense, and maybe adding an option just to increase the 4-weeks date...
