It's not a real fix, but at least I managed to get rid of the error. In the files `node_modules/cordova-plugin-badge/src/android/badge.gradle` and `node_modules/cordova-plugin-local-notification/src/android/build/localnotification.gradle` replace "compile" with "implementation". But it will propably...
