I also fixed this issue by turning off hardware acceleration (using Edge) but Google Meet gets stuck on initializing(starting) the camera.

YOu have to restart OBS after installation. If that fails, try reinstalling.

I'm not sure you can even remove the overlay for NYT. I don't think the article is actually there.

What docker image are you running? win32 or win64? Please be more clear.
