Yeah, this is because Bookworm doesn't chunk text-to-speech, it tries to speak the hole string, which naturally takes time to process. QRead does this too. There's honestly no real good...

Wouldn't be that hard. I'd probably handle this after the document's text has been obtained, so we can use something like [NLTK](https://www.nltk.org/) to obtain the information.

Hi @mush42, Christopher Toth has recently pushed the most recent accessible_output2 changes to Pypi. All should be good again! Simply bump the version
