I can see how that'd be annoying. That `env` command was put in during bringup to help debug/etc. It's not needed any more. Unfortunately, there's no way to turn it...

Service Commander requires OpenJDK 11's RPM distribution, which is standalone from JV1. JV1 Java 11 is not required, and Java PTF levels do not affect the RPM distribution. The "why?"...

We unfortunately don't have any concrete dates for golang yet. IBM should probably implement those `*at` functions properly in PASE and likely will at some point. One could conceivably implement...
