Spooled file with env vars for every job started with Service Commander

I am getting a spooled file for every job started via Service Commander. The spooled file contains the env vars passed to the program. How to disable getting this Spooled file? Note: The program is started in batch mode.

I can see how that'd be annoying. That env command was put in during bringup to help debug/etc. It's not needed any more.

Unfortunately, there's no way to turn it off. The fix is pretty simple:

• remove the env invocation here
• bump the script version here

I don't have time to "page into" this until late next week, but marking as good first issue in case anyone wants to grab it.
