When you reinstall, why do only the old messages come back and not the new ones?

If I delete the program and reinstall it, only older messages that I have recently written disappear.However, they are there in the Facebook messages but not in the caprine program.

No history messages are being restored

When I reinstall the program and it says ‘messages missing reset now’ I click on it and it does nothing and does not restore the history. Will this be fixed?...
