accept full range of CSS values

Currently the tool only accepts 6-figure hex values. It would be nice if it accepted the full range specifiable by CSS - 3-figure hex values, rgba(), etc.

In the english interface the menu entry "Image" is not descriptive. In German it's descriptive: "Sehschwäche simulieren" which means "Simulate visual impairment" Please also make the english menu entry descriptive....
