Hope you don't mind me plugging this, but I did just that a while ago and now have an auto-updating list of firmwares available [here](https://thelastzombie.github.io/remarkable-firmware/).

KeePassXC has a similar bug: https://github.com/keepassxreboot/keepassxc/issues/5691. Possibly related?

Weird, closing and relaunching works for me. Edit: For the author of that issue as well: > Closing and re-opening fixes this.

I had the same issue. For me the cause was an empty (but existing) `~/.config/hydroxide/auth.json`. Deleted it, ran the command again and it worked fine.
