I checked some more for any differences in the systems. Turns out, I have a different Win10 version on laptop. Win10 Version: 20H2 Build: 19042.1766

@yaichenbaum, it's not, but only happens to somewhat rare extensions

Instead of turning sync on and off purely based on time, it could be better to keep sync on for N minutes after _last change_ - either pulled from other...
