Following #102. Rework the blacklist, and ideally do some automatic fake data detection.

Similar to #6 but uses float64 instead of float32 and also fixes FPS parsing which can also be a float. Fixes #4.

- [ ] The scoring system of the simple list is confusing as it allows instances that do not match your exact criteria. Maybe keep this as an option, but...
