`virtual_network_subnet_id` is always reset when connecting to virtual network using `azurerm_app_service_virtual_network_swift_connection`

Also confirming that this issue is present in the `azurerm_linux_web_app` resource. Really glad I finally found this being posted somewhere. FWIW, I also updated to provider [3.20.0](https://github.com/hashicorp/terraform-provider-azurerm/releases) and the issue...
