Tried the latest nightly builds on both desktop and web to see whether the combination of 85cf383c84de574b4517ff250cb9e7904e77f128 and 1b0d23e569bb4da8edc9f3c987aa1589363c5fc2 managed to fix this, and it seems the answer is yes....

Okay yeah, new refactor does embed the file in the binary, so I guess this isn't really an issue anymore.
