CMA-ES can be installed separately or run in a container, closing this issue since Windows won't be a priority OS.
We should implement #80 before we tackle this

With containers, this is as solved as it ever will be.
This is probably not helpful for readability since the configspace creation plus other factors interact with the config and the benchmark - I think for the sake of users understanding...

IOHExperimenter is quite efficient, parallelization of CMA-ES itself is unlikely to improve that. If parallelization is required, it should happen in VectorEnvs.
Heuristics and output are covered, state feature selection should be done after progress with cross-domain features
