Store Default Config per Benchmark in file

Move the default config dicts to files and add static loading method.

This may be related to #72

This is probably not helpful for readability since the configspace creation plus other factors interact with the config and the benchmark - I think for the sake of users understanding the configuration options, keeping them in one file is best.
