Thank you for your report. You are referring to the “enable plugin” command palette command? You enable it, but it does not stay enabled between sessions?

I am curious if you are still seeing this. No one else has reported the issue nor have I been able to duplicate it.

Actually, the manifest-beta.json just points to a "Release". So if you can generate a release from a specific branch and point the manifest-beta.json to that release, BRAT will pull that...
