I'm facing the same issue. Also interesting is, if you have a setup like this: `[ { target: '.available-target', content: 'Some content' }, { content: 'Some other content' }, {...

This seems to still exist on latest version as well. Using a DynamicDialog in my case and the dropdown panel gets rendered behind the dialog.
