Invalid token creation date

It seems like the method for getting a token's creation date featured [here](https://github.com/ImLorio/All-Discord-Exploits/blob/main/HowDiscordWork/token.md) is now invalid. (Tokens creation date part now looks like `GGEiNl` which decodes to somewhere in 1983)...
