Hmm, the idea of making non integer priority is interesting and this code can be reused for things like stall, quick claw, and mycelium might but there's two main concerns...

Where are you planning on storing the stockpile counter? Somewhere in the Pokemon or just through battler tags like STOCKPILE_ONE, STOCKPILE_TWO, and STOCKPILE_THREE?
