Contains updated documentation for the buildings sector database (residential and commercial) constructed from NREL EFS, EIA and Markal. Also includes some ancillary image files for the documentation.
We use [pandocs](https://pandoc.org/MANUAL.html) to automatically convert the markdown roadmap into a PDF. GitHub-flavored markdown only makes use of pipe tables, which do not render correctly using the pandocs "gfm" format....
