Line charts go weird if there are zeroes in the data.

I noticed this - Y access cropped for privacy, but you can see the gaps in the data lead to weird gaps in the line... but some of the gaps...

Support setting a time zone for when days/months/etc are delineated. (Event times are already translated into the local time zone)
