Are Lost Cities considered biomes? If not, they'll need their own `IStructureWatcher`. Shouldn't be too hard to add. If they're biomes, https://github.com/AntiqueAtlasTeam/AntiqueAtlas/pull/161 *should* help with it.
It's a case of Quark not checking to see if the slot *can* be interacted with before yanking it's item out.

What I believe this is trying to say is that it says "Iron" in the config comment for Gold and Diamond as well.
I can look at implementing some form of this in the 1.11 rewrite.
