The configuration of Calibre-Web is stored at `app.db` and is independent from the `metadata.db` of Calibre - I think you can re-use the old `app.db` to don't loose the users...

Hi @scythk it seems something is missing in my image but can't see any error at the `calibre-web.log`. I've tested the same CBZ file then on the `linuxserver/calibre-web` docker image...

 The **Edit E-Mail Server Settings** button is visible and usable - tested on Light and Dark Theme. The buttons **Edit Basic Configuration** and **Edit UI Configuration** doesn't contain SMTP...
