request to change from git clone source report to wget master zip package

By just using the zip of master head can only save the time and space of getting history which is not used in deployment, but also get rid for the error caused by failed cloning in the middle.

vcpkg is using this trick. It can be used here too

Thanks for the hint @rockonedege - I'll check how I can refactor the part at the docker image.
