Alright, I have just tested this running iOS 18.1.1. Here's what I found: A **lot** has changed in regards to security permissions in Shortcuts, and the way Apple handles them....

The shortcut does call itself to perform certain actions, so renaming it may cause issues with that, yes. I should add a mention for that with an updated setup guide...
