SVG Export does corrupt encoding of special text letters

When exporting sketches containing german "Umlaute" like _ä_,_ö_ or _ü_ the icons are wrongly encoded with e.g. ü. PNG exports on contrary work well. Steps to reproduce the behavior: 1....
