Good question. Actually neither plugin work in Audacity 3.1.3 for destructive processing. However, the problem is so bad - and VST is now so much more valuable due to RT...

Moving to post beta. However, yes, I agree. We should revamp the update checking / new update implementation once MS4.0 is out. I would like it to behave like MuseScore...
